Group 3 is a constituent group of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates.
Group 3 is situated on the Third Floor, Schreiner Chambers, on the corner of Kruis and Pritchard Steets, Johannesburg, directly opposite the South Gauteng High Court.
Group 3 has secured a long term tenancy agreement with the new owners of Schreiner Chambers, and with this agreement the third floor of Schreiner Chambers will be renovated to better suit the housing of counsel's chambers. The renovation will be done in three phases, starting in September 2010.
Firstly the North wing, that currently houses the whole of Group 3, will be renovated to include the partitioning of chambers to a uniform size and new carpeting, thereafter the lobby and reception area will be repainted, retiled and receive new blinds.
Lastly the South wing will be gutted and completely renovated from the ground up.
The South wing will be ready for occupancy from 1 January 2012.

Design & Management
The design is by In-Sync Design and Projects who are also contracted to supervise the project. Schreiner Chambers is now managed by Broll Property Management who are also the letting agents.
